Power Snatch + Overhead Squat
Every minute, for 16 minutes:
2 power snatches + 1 OHS

Start light and build by feel
Increase load every 2 minutes (8 loads)

B.
AMRAP in 9 minutes of:
3 Hang Squat Snatches (155 / 105)
30 Double-unders

Masters: hang squat clean option (select load)
Rx+ 185/120
