5 reps at 65-75%

B.
Two rounds for time of:
50/38 Calorie Row
40 DB Snatches (50 / 35)
30 Overhead Squats (105 / 70)

Masters:  40/25, 75/55 (or 100/70 front squat)
Rx+ 70/50, 135/95
