Forte’s Fittest Clean Complex
20 minutes to establish a heavy complex of:
1 Squat Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans + 3 Front Squats

Masters: consider doing all the cleans as power variations instead

B.
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
1 Clean Complex*
30 Double-unders

*This clean complex is:
2 power cleans + 2 hang power cleans + 2 front squats

NOTE: both of these complexes are to be done without dropping the bar. No quick singles on any of the cleans.
