In teams of two, complete the following:
Run Around the Block
then,
Ten rounds of:
14 Bench Presses
14 Calorie Row
14 Alt Back Rack Reverse Lunges
then,
Run Around the Block

***Both partners run, then Partner A will do the bench presses, Partner B will do the Row, Partner A will do the Lunges, Partner B will do the bench presses, Partner A will do the Row, etc.***
