YES, WE ARE OPEN!

The main roads & highways have improved a ton since this morning, so we’re opening back up to our normal schedule.

SATURDAY:
Open Gym from 8-9:45AM
CrossFit Class at 10AM
SUNDAY:
Open Gym from 10-12PM

Alternating DB Snatches (50 / 35)

Masters: 40/25
Rx+ 70/50
Ladies: 80-65-48-30-14 calories
