Man, that was good. Dinner tonight was loaded with some of my favorites. .
Kombucha, Anabolic Magic Elixir Shake, Liver pate, Maryanna’s Famous  sourdough bread, kefir with pomegranate,  avocado with balsamic, and my current favorite cut: flap/skirt steak
