A. 
Every minute, for 10 minutes:
Minute 1) Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
Minute 2) Walking Lunges w Plate Overhead (45 / 35)

B.
Every minute, for 10 minutes:
Minute 1) Ball-Slams (pick weight)
Minute 2) Pull-ups

C.
Every minute, for 10 minutes:
Minute 1) Dumbbell Snatches (50 / 35)
Minute 2) Burpees Over Dumbbell

Each section will be scored separately for reps
