If you’re trying to increase your daily allotment of protein to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight, you need to weigh and measure. There is literally no other way around it. You need to know how much you yourself weigh, and you need to know how much meat and other protein containing foods you’re actually consuming. Again, that is literally the only way! Losing fat/weight is no different. If you tell me you want to lose fat, you should know exactly how many calories you are consuming
