In teams of two, complete
10 rounds of:
150m run
12 pull-ups
12 thrusters (95 / 55)
– right into –
10 rounds of:
150m run
12 toes to bar
12 deadlifts (205 / 135)
Partner A runs, Partner B does pull-ups, Partner A does thrusters, etc until all 10 rounds have been completed.
