Using the feature that displays the Force Curve is something I’ve had many of my classes focus on over the years when we’ve had rowing in the workout. If you’ve never used this feature and ever wondered what the graph on the Concept 2 Rowers were for, it’s this. The two main reasons I like using this feature is 1) it gives immediate feedback on the quality of each and every stroke, and 2) it keeps the person on the rower incredibly focused on achieving the ideal curve shape (at least that’s what I tell myself). Tomorrow, we will all be using this graph display feature and dialing in our Force Curve!

Every minute, for 30 minutes (10 rounds):
Min 1) Assault Bike
Min 2) Ski-Erg
Min 3) Row

Level 1: 10/8 calories 
Level 2: 12/9 calories
Level 3: 14/11 calories
Level 4: 16/13 calories
