Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
10 alt reps

After each set:
10 Overhead Squat w KB

B.
AMRAP in 11 minutes of:
11 Toes to Bar
9 Burpees Over the Bar
7 Overhead Squats (115 / 75)

Masters: burpees, 85/60 (or FS at 115 / 75)
Rx+ 145 / 100, bar facing
