A.
Pause Back Squat
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
5 reps at ~65-70%

After each set:
10 overhead lunges w DB

B.
Three rounds of:
400m run
21 overhead squats (75 / 55)
12 burpees over the bar

Masters: front squat option, burpees
Rx+ hang squat snatch (95 / 65), bar facing burpees
