Workout of the Day

A.
Back Rack Reverse Lunges
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes:
10 reps (build in load)

After each set:
10 heavy goblet squats

B.
AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
20 overhead squats
20 box jump overs
then, with remaining time:
max calories on assault bike

Rest 1 minute, and then repeat 2 more times
