Power Snatch + Hang Snatch
Every minute, for 15 minutes:
1 power snatch + 1 hang squat snatch

Start light and build by feel every 3 minutes

Three rounds of:
10 power snatches (95 /65)
12 bar facing burpees

Rest 3 minutes, then

Three rounds of:
10 bar muscle-ups
12 bar facing burpees
