Five rounds of:
10 Alternating Pistol Squats
20 Abmat Buttefly Sit-ups
10 Handstand Push-ups

Masters: optional box step ups (24 / 20), L-sit DB strict presses
Rx+ weighted pistols (26/18 lb kb), ghdsu, deficit hspu (25s hi temp)
