A.
Bench Press
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes:
4 reps (building)

After each set:
30 abmat butterfly sit-ups or 25 ghdsu

B.
Three rounds for cals/reps:
60 seconds of skiing for cals
rest 30 seconds
60 seconds of DB bench press (50s/35s)
rest 30 seconds
60 seconds of burpee pull-ups
rest 30 seconds

Your score will be everything added up

Rx+ burpee ring muscle-ups
