Overhead Squat
Every 2.5 minutes, for 6 sets:
3 overhead squats (5-25 lbs heavier than last week)

After each set: 10 bulgarian split squats

B.
Three rounds for time of:
400m run
20 front rack lunges (115 / 75)
15 burpees over the bar

Masters: 85/55
Rx+ OH Lunges 125 / 83, bar facing burpees
