A.
Front Squat
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes:
2 front squats at 85-90+%

After each set: 20 strict abmat butterfly sit-ups

B.
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
5-4-3-2-1 hang squat cleans (185 / 125)
10-8-6-4-2 burpee pull-ups
50-40-30-20-10 double-unders

Masters: 135 / 95
Rx+ 225 / 155, burpee ring-muscle-ups
