Workout of the Day

A.
Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
Every minute, for 12 minutes:
1 squat clean + 1 front squat + 1 split jerk

Start around 50-60% and build in load every 2 minutes (6 total weights)

B.
Five rounds for time of:
15 box jumps (24 /20)
10 chest to pull-ups
5 power clean and jerks (155 / 105)

Masters: 20/16 in, pull-ups, 115/75
Rx+ 8 ring muscle-ups, 185/125
