Every minute, for 14 minutes:
1 squat clean + 1 jerk (split or power)

Start light and build by feel

B.
For time:
15-10-5 Power Clean and Jerks
20-15-10 Burpees
25-20-15 Box Jumps

Rx+ 135/95, bar facing burpees, 30/24
