For time:
50 Burpees
40 Jumping Air Squats
30 Box Jumps
20 Hand Release clapping push ups
10 Wall Climbs

Rest 5 minutes, then repeat, cutting all the reps in half
25 burpees
20 squats
15 box jumps
10 push ups
5 wall climbs
