Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 rounds):
400m run
20 handstand push-ups

Scaling options: sub with push-ups, or cut the reps/reduce range of motion so you get about 90+ seconds of rest each round
Rx+ every 5 minutes (6 rounds)
