AT HOME WORKOUT
A.
Ab/Midline/Six Pack Day
Five sets of:
40 second push-up plank
30 russian twists (15 each side weighted or unweighted – you decide!)
20 butterfly sit-ups
rest 1-2 minutes after each set and scale the reps back as neededÂ
B.
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
60 jumping jacks (touch overhead & behind low back)
30 reverse lunges
15 dips*
*feel free to do bench dips, or set up two taller stools or tables and do the dips in between them. Use a bar, rings, or whatever else you think might work!
