2 snatches from 1 inch below the knee
Technique day! Start light and increase every 3 minutes, only if it feel perfect!

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
10 Overhead Squats
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
40 Double-unders
Masters: front squats, pull-ups
Rx+ 115/75, 5/3 ring muscle-ups
