Back Rack Lunges

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets): 10 reps
Build to a heavy set of 10

After each set: 10 KB Front Squats

B.
For time:
100 Wall-Balls

At the beginning of every minute, complete 5 burpees to a plate.
