After each set: 18-24 abmat butterfly sit-ups

B.
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
8 Alt DB Snatches (pick weight)
32 Double-unders (64 speed steps or singles)

Rx+ 70 /  50 lbs DB squat snatch
