Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 sets):
60 Double-unders (120 speed steps or singles)
30 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
15 Hang Power Snatches (75 / 55)

Rx+ unbroken wall-balls, 115 / 75

*Record time for each set*

You should have around 90 seconds or more of rest each set. If, in the first two rounds, you don’t have at least 90 seconds rest, cut the load or reps.
