Deadlift
60% x 5
70% x 3
75% x 3
80% x 2
85% x 5 x 2

Rest 90-120 seconds between each set.
Lower each rep and no touch and go reps

B.

Hang Power Clean (135 / 95)
Burpee Over the Bar

Rx+ 165 / 105

For this workout, you will complete 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Burpee Over the Bar on the first minute. On the second minute, you will complete 2 HPC + 2 BOB. On the third minute, you will complete 3 HPC + 3 BOB. Continue this sequence until you can no longer complete the designated numbers of reps you’re supposed to reach within the given minute. However, your score will be total reps completed, so even if you know you will not hit your designated reps, keep working until the minute is up.
