Every 2.5 minutes, for 12.5 minutes (5 sets): 5 presses at 75%
-Pause overhead for 2 seconds
-Pause in the jerk rack for 2 seconds

B.
At the 12:30 minute mark: max unbroken touch and go reps

C.
Three rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
15 Toes to Bar

Rx+ unbroken WB 30 / 20, unbroken TTB
