Workout of the Day

A.
Deadlifts
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets): 5 reps at 65-70% (or 10-25lbs more than two weeks ago)

After each set: 5 Tall Box Jumps

B.
400m Run Buy In
then,
30-20-10 rep rounds of:
Reverse Front Rack Lunges (115 / 75)
Box Jumps (24 / 20)
then,
400m Run Buy Out

Competition Workout Release 3:

Rx Division:
Sprint Around the Block w/ Medicine Ball (20 / 14)
100 Double-Unders
Sprint Around the Block (without medicine ball)

Scaled:
Sprint Around the Block
100 Double-unders (200 singles for scaled)
Sprint Around the Block

Workout will be done relay style. Partner A completes the run, DU, run, then partner B follows suit.
