Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 rounds):
400m Run
10 Strict Handstand Push-ups
15 Toes to Bar

The goal is to finish each round within 10-15 seconds of your first round

If the first few rounds take more than 3:45-4:00 min, scale back the reps
