Workout of the Day

Every minute, for 20 minutes:
Min 1: 5 Deadlifts at 65-70%
Min 2: 5 Tall Box Jumps

Three sets of:
50 / 35 Calorie Row for time

Rest 2 minutes after each set

Score will be the time for each set
