In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time*, complete the following:
100 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
400 Meter Run
100 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (2 x 40-50 / 2 x 25-35)
400 Meter Run
100 Goblet Squats (53 / 35) [hold horns]
400 Meter Run
100 Burpees

*Teammates will perform the 400 Meter Runs together and must stay within arms reach.
