“Chelsea”
Every minute, for 30 minutes, complete the following:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Scaled versions:
4 Pull-ups (ring rows)
8 Push-ups (on box)
12 Air Squats
or
3 Pull-ups (rows)
6 Push-ups (box)
9 Air Squats

The goal is to work for the entire 30 minutes.
