Strength
Bent Over Row 5-5-5-5-5
Increase the load to a heavy-ish set with proper posture
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Conditioning
Complete the following for time:
60 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30 Kettlebell Swings
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Rx+ 70 / 53

Open Athletes:
Rest Day
or Active Recovery
10-15 minutes of light rowing or Airdyne
