Workout of the Day

Strength
Back Squat
Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets): 3 squats at 84% of 1 rep max

After each set: 10-20 Strict Push-ups

Conditioning
21-15-9 rep rounds for time of:
Front Squats (115 / 70)
Burpees Over the Bar

Buy out: 400m sprint
