Workout of the Day

Note: because so many folks will be doing (or re-doing) the Open today (Monday), I am pushing what we would usually be doing on Monday (squats) to Tuesday. 

Conditioning
A. Every minute, for 18 minutes:

Minute 1: 2 Turkish Get-ups (1 R, 1 L)
Minute 2: 15-20 Russian KB Swings
Minute 3: 8-12 Lunges w/ KB Overhead

The weight of the KB should be only moderately heavy, nothing that will wear you out and make you work for more than 30 seconds each minute. 

B. AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
9 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
12 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups
