Workout of the Day

Conditioning

A. 
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Rest 5-10 minutes, then:

B.
For time:
Row 2k

Open Atheletes:
A.
Rest Day
or
Active recovery
10-15 minutes of light rowing or Airdyne

B. Split jerk foot work drills

C.
1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
1-2 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

We will be doing the Open workout 15.1 on Saturday at 10 AM. You can sign up for whichever heat you’d like to participate in via Wodify.
