Every 2.5 minutes, for 12.5 minutes (5 sets): 4 squats at 78% of 1RM
After each set: 6-8 tall box jumps
Conditioning
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
10 Goblet Squats (53 / 35)
15 Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
20 Alternating Reverse Lunges w/ KB
