Workout of the Day

Gymnastics 
Three sets, for QUALITY, NOT time:
8-12 Toes to Bar
10 Alternating Pistol squats (weighted if possible)
8-12 Strict Push-ups or Strict HSPU

Conditioning
Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 sets), complete the following as quickly as possible:
Two rounds of:
Thrusters (95 / 65)
Burpees over the bar

Scaled: 8 thrusters, 8 burpees
Rx: 10 thrusters, 10 burpees
Rx+: 12 thrusters, 12 burpees (115 / 75)

**Choose an option that will allow at least 60 seconds of rest each set**
