Strength
Back Squat 3 x 10 at 60% of 1 rep max
Each set to be started every 4 minutes
Immediately after each set: 45-60 second push-up plank hold
Conditioning
Paleo Challenge Benchmark Workout
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5-10-15-20-25-30 rep rounds of:
Wall-Balls (20/14)
Shoulder to Overhead (95 / 65)
Box Jumps (24 / 20)
Optional post workout conditioning (feel free to do this at home, several hours later if need be)
Five to six sets of:
Sprint 400m at 85-90% effort
Rest 60 seconds
