Strength
Hang Cleans
Every minute, for 12 minutes, perform 2 hang cleans
Starting moderately heavy, increase the load every 3 minutes

Conditioning
For time:
800 meter run
then
Four rounds of:
12 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
12 Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
then
25 Burpees

Rx+ 35 / 20 (10 ft target), 30 / 24 in, burpees to a target
