Strength
Turkish Get-up
Take 15-20 minutes building to a heavy TGU (both arms)

Conditioning
Every minute, for 20 minutes:
Odd minutes: Burpees
Even minutes: Double-unders

Scaled: 9 Burpees, 30 Double-unders
Rx: 12 Burpees (to a target 6 in above reach), 40 Double-unders
Rx+: 15 Burpees(to a target 6 in above reach), 50 Double-unders

***If you don’t have double-unders, complete speed steps for 30-40 seconds***
