Workout of the Day

Strength
Power Clean
Take 8 minutes to build to a heavy power clean
then
1 attempt at max reps of power clean @ 75% of todays 1 rep max (touch and go)

 * You will get one warm-up set before the 8 minute clock starts. Please remember, 8 minutes is 8 minutes. No more maxing out after the clock has stopped. Max rep attempts must be touch and go. Once you let go of the bar or pause on the floor, the set is done. 

Conditioning
AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
15 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
12 Burpees

Rx+ 30 / 20, burpees to a target
