Strength
Back Squat 5 x 3 at 87%
Immediately after each set: 10-15 weighted sit-ups, then rest 60 seconds
Note: as you can see, the squats are getting quite heavy. Because safety is always our number one priority, please ask for a spotter if the weight is feeling unusually heavy. The coach of your class will help and will also assign people to help spot.
