Workout of the Day

Pause Back Squat (3 second pause) 5 x 5 at 60% of 1 rep max (demo video)

Immediately after each set, complete 30 Russian Twists (15 each side), then rest 90 seconds

3 Rounds for reps of:
1 Minute Max Wall-Balls
1 Minute Max Toes to Bar
1 Minute Max 10 Meter Sprints
1 Minute rest

Each movement will be scored separately

Rx+ 30 / 20 (or 12 / 10 ft targets)
