Back Squat 5 x 3 at 88-91% of 1 Rep Max

After each set, complete 30 Russian twists with medicine ball

Conditioning

Complete the following for time:

30 Wall-Balls (20 / 14)
30 Wall-Ball Sit-ups (20 / 14)
30 Hand Release Push-ups
30 Box Jumps (24 / 20)
