Strength
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, perform 2 Cleans (full squat) + 1 Front Squat
The weight should be 75-85% of your 1 rep max Clean

Conditioning

3 Rounds of:
400 meter Run
21 Kettlebell Swings ( 53 / 35)
12 Pull-ups
