Workout of the Day

Strength
Back Squat 5 x 3 at 80-85% of 1 rep max (all sets and reps to be done with the same load)

Immediately after each working set, complete 20-30 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups

Conditioning
2011 CrossFit Games 11.1 Workout
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-Unders
15 Power Snatches (75 / 55)
