Back Squat 5 x 5 at 75% of 1 rep max
After each set, complete 10-15 hand release push-ups
Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
20 Kettlebell Swings (53 / 35)
20 Alternating Walking Lunge Steps w/ Plate Overhead (45 / 25)
Rx+ 70 / 53, 20 lb vest
